 M.E, CP, Notary Public, ITIL V.3, VLSS Greenbelt, Project Management Certification from PMI, Paralegal Certification from NALA, BAS Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Masters Degree in Planning and Public Policy from Rutgers University. She worked for the City of Winter Springs, FL running the Building and Zoning department working with general and commercial contractors on construction projects as well as residential projects. Her expertise is all areas of ordinances, codes and laws that affect construction projects across the United States. M.E. researches every project for our customers, making sure that any roadblocks are cleared before actual filing is done, She represents clients in Variances, Zoning, Re-Zoning hearings as needed with emphasis on getting a win win situation for the clients and communities where the project/s will be located 

 Allen Epstein has a Masters Degree in Taxation and Finance from Baruch University and comes from a construction background. He has worked with Max-It Services since 2002 and is well versed in construction principles, building, reading of blue prints, designing/drawing solutions to complicated projects and project finance. Allen Epstein is creative and finds solutions to projects for our clients. His expertise aside from all things relating to building and construction is working with all levels of governments to accomplish our clients objectives.
